Ajinkya Rahane’s father Madhukar Baburao Rahane and mother Sujata Rahane. He has a sister Apoorva Rahane and a brother Shashank Rahane. His wife’s name is Radhika Rahane. His daughter’s name is Arya Rahane.
Rahane did his schooling at SV Joshi High School in Dombivali, situated in the outskirts of Mumbai. Rahane completed his college education from Vinayak Ganesh Vaze College of Arts, Science and Commerce, Maharashtra. His education qualification is B.Com.

Beginning of Cricket
When he was seven years old, Madhukar Rahane took Rahane to a small training camp with a matting wicket in Dombivli, as they couldn’t afford proper training. His mother used to take him 3 km every day for cricket training.
